The studio
Hosten Growth Partners is a small studio. We build software for small businesses through our flagship product, Mainspring, and we run alongside teams as project managers when their initiatives need a steadier hand than a tool alone can provide.
Both halves serve the same insight: the businesses that need this work most are the ones least served by the software and consulting industries. Enterprise tools want enterprise budgets; big-firm consulting wants big-firm scope. We meet small businesses where they actually are.
Founder
Dwain Hosten brings enterprise-grade project leadership to small businesses and startups. His background includes leading client implementations at Visa — turning complex technology rollouts into systems teams can actually run.
PMP-certified and MBA-credentialed, Dwain works across Agile, Scrum, and hybrid frameworks, choosing the cadence that fits the team rather than imposing a methodology.
He started Hosten Growth Partners after seeing the same gap repeatedly: the rigor that makes enterprise projects succeed isn't accessible to the small businesses who need it most. HGP exists to close that gap.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Previously led client implementations at Visa.
