Turn a software purchase into actual adoption. We scope, configure, train, and stay through the first 90 days — when most rollouts quietly fail. Particularly useful for fintech, payments, and operational tooling.
Lightweight Scrum or hybrid frameworks tailored to startup speed. Sprint planning, retros, and status that reads in 30 seconds — the rituals that matter, none of the ceremony you'll resent.
Initiative drifting? We come in, reset scope, replan, and run the difficult conversations. Outcome is either a credible path back to delivery or a clean, deliberate stop.
How we work
Most of our clients have already tried something — a tool, a framework, a hire that didn't stick. We're methodology-fluent across Agile, Scrum, and hybrid, but our job isn't to prescribe one. It's to figure out what's actually getting in the way and clear it.
Hourly on retainer.You reserve a weekly block of hours and use them however the project demands — meetings one week, deep planning the next, hands-on configuration when it's time to ship. Engagements typically start with a one-week scoped discovery and run on monthly terms after that.
We bias toward visible artifacts — running plans, decision logs, and shared dashboards — over status meetings nobody reads.

Every engagement starts with a one-week scoped discovery.
After discovery we move to monthly retainer terms with the weekly block size you choose. Cancel any month with 30 days' notice — no annual contract.
Honest filter
We pass on one-off audits without an implementation phase, agency-style staff augmentation, and projects without an executive sponsor on the client side. Those engagements tend to drift, and we'd rather refer you somewhere it can land than take work we can't make stick.
